As an Agent, we always will work with Landlords’ preferred Suppliers and Contractors when managing their properties. If they have a favourite Plumber for example, then that is who we will appoint on their behalf to fix a leaking tap and this goes for all services and trades. However, if Landlords wish to turn to us for a recommendation, or indeed stay hands off and just leave us as their Agents to get on and sort a contractor or a service provider for their properties, the PJP team have excellent relationships with many experienced Trades People and Professionals. Paul Collins
Paul has worked in financial services and property for over 20 years, starting his own business Your Space mortgages 5 years ago. Paul has also built up a successful portfolio of property over the years, providing professional and student lets. By setting up his own mortgage company I’d aimed to provide a quality, quick and reliable service for his clients, helping them achieve their goals from buying their first house to building a property portfolio. I share an office with Patrick James property and have helped many of their clients.
In his spare time Paul plays many sports, such as tennis, badminton, paddle and golf.
He loves the outdoors and enjoys snowboarding in the alps and going away in his camper van with his family.
